Colin O'Leary, P.E.

Colin brings a wide variety of engineering experience to the Poe team, with extensive exposure to all aspects of a project’s life cycle. Colin has experience in all aspects of roadway and bridge design, as well as construction phasing and administration experience, offering a unique perspective useful throughout the design of a project. He brings with him involvement in specialty fields of Civil Engineering, including downtown urbanism and bikeway design. Colin offers the project team a wide array of design experience coupled with an eye towards constructability that will serve as a tremendous asset to the Poe team.
