Bill Weatherford, P.E.

Bill has been employed with Poe & Associates for more than 19 years. While working as a civil engineer, Bill has had the opportunity to work on a variety of engineering projects including roadway and highway planning and design, airport facilities, railroad design, and storm water facility design. Some of his civil engineering responsibilities include alignment studies, right-of-way determination, utility relocations, storm water design, HEC-1 modeling, culvert design, open channel flow design, construction documentation, and site development.
