Doug Tiffany, P.E.

Doug has 20 years of civil engineering design and construction management experience. His experience includes a far encompassing body of work ranging from water and wastewater treatment and distribution and collection systems to arterial streets and urban interstates. Doug is team oriented and is always looking for ways to help Poe teams and projects be successful. He brings a unique perspective to Poe, having worked on both the public and private side of our industry. The knowledge Doug provides from this experience and his background is invaluable to Poe, giving us a better understanding of client expectations.
