Kyndra Spencer

Kyndra is a FAA Part 107 Certified Drone pilot who enjoys combining aerial data acquisition with her GIS experience. She has piloted missions for marketing, inspections, reconnaissance, and orthophotography. Kyndra has been involved in various aspects of multiple highway and utility projects and has experience in GIS analysis, mapping, and geodatabase maintenance for projects involving roadways, water and sewer lines, right-of-way acquisition, utility relocation, and public outreach in addition to other various civil engineering items
