The City of Broken Arrow selected Poe & Associates to design an intersection improvement at Washington Street and Aspen Avenue. The project included the rehabilitation (mill , patch and overlay) of Washington Street and Aspen Avenue for approximately 600 linear feet in each direction as well as the replacement of the asphalt pavement intersection with 9” Dowel Jointed Concrete Pavement. Also included in the project was traffic signal upgrades and sidewalk enhancements to meet ADA requirements.
