Gilcrease Expressway Utility Relocations

The Gilcrease Expressway City of Tulsa utility relocation project consists of approximately 3.25 miles of waterlines ranging in size from 6” to 16” to accommodate highway construction. It also consists of approximately half a mile of sanitary sewer ranging from 8” to 18”.

Poe worked closely with Garver, who designed the highway, to coordinate with the City of Tulsa on the utility relocation design and provided them to be included in the overall bid package.
