Pavement Management System Updates

Under this series of contracts with the City of Tulsa, Poe & Associates has periodically updated the City’s pavement management database for both arterial and non-arterial streets on four to five-year cycles since 1995. Services included: pavement distress evaluations, recommendations for funding levels and associated project candidate locations, engineering reports and CAD/GIS maps. Poe has also assisted the City in development of their major funding initiatives through preparation of what-if analyses and GIS maps to provide elected officials a better understanding of maintenance needs and funding requirements.
