Arterial Street Rehabilitation

Under this contract with the City of Tulsa, Poe & Associates has completed 17 projects since 1995 including patching of both concrete and asphalt distresses, cold milling, asphalt overlays and complete reconstruction of over 40 centerline miles of arterial streets.

Some representative projects include:

Arterial Street Maintenance: Project 104017 E (2015 - 2017) Major paving rehabilitation including: new concrete pavement, waterline improvements, wider sidewalks, ADA ramps, bicycle lanes, lighting and traffic signal replacement for MLK Boulevard and Detroit Avenue between I244 interchange and Jasper Street adjacent to OSU Tulsa Campus.

Arterial Street Maintenance: Project 144214 (2016 - 2017) Major paving rehabilitation and new sidewalks for Sheridan Road between 81st Street and 91st Street.

Arterial Street Maintenance: Project 144017 ao & 144019 Phases 1 – 7 (2015 – 2018) Major paving rehabilitation of Central Business District streets including: new concrete pavement, mill and overlay of asphalt pavement, waterline improvements, streetscaping, sidewalk and ADA improvements, pedestrian and street lighting, traffic signal replacement along with conversion of some streets from one-way to two-way traffic.
