Tommy Evans, P.E.

Tommy has continued to expand his experience in roadway design and project management, serving as an integral part of multiple project design teams. His project responsibilities and involvement include horizontal and vertical alignments, hydraulics and drainage, quantity calculations, and cost estimates. Tommy has also served as Roadway Design Engineer on various projects, including the I-35 and Lindsey Street SPUI Interchange in Norman, Oklahoma and I-35 under Ladd Road in McClain County, Oklahoma; both for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. Tommy has also served as Roadway Engineer for several municipality projects, including Norman, Oklahoma City, Stillwater, and Edmond.
