Sean Kavanagh, P.E.

Sean came to Poe after moving to Oklahoma from Dublin, Ireland. He graduated from University College Dublin, earning both his Bachelor’s in Engineering and Masters in Civil Engineering. Sean has worked as a highway engineer for over seven years, gaining invaluable experience in all facets of large urban highway design and project delivery. He has worked on DOT, Municipal and Turnpike projects as both a Design Engineer and Project Manager. This experience, along with his time involved on program and construction management has provided Sean with a unique “full life cycle” perspective on projects, from inception and design to construction completion and through to maintenance and rehabilitation. Sean is a tremendous addition to Poe, offering strong communication and leadership skills, always willing to go the extra mile for the Client and ensure the highest quality deliverables and service.
