Megan Franklin

Megan joined the Poe and Associates team in 2022 as a Right of Way Manager supporting the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority’s Access Oklahoma Program. She is a well-rounded Right of Way Professional who is highly resourceful, motivated, and committed to client satisfaction. With over 15 years in the Right of Way industry, 8 of those years focusing on land acquisition, she has successfully worked and managed Turnpike, Solar, Wind, Electric Transmission & Distribution, and Oil and Gas Gathering & Distribution projects both rural and urban with an emphasis on transportation infrastructure.  She has extensive experience in Program/Project Management, Negotiation/Acquisition, Due Diligence, Document Preparation, Quality Control, Project Budgeting/Forecasting and Database Management.

Megan is a member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Oklahoma City Chapter 33 as well as currently serving on their Board of Directors as Secretary. Prior to being elected to the board she served as the Nominations and Elections Chairperson. She was the recipient the IRWA Chapter 33 Young Professional of the Year Award in 2019 and again in 2022. Megan is also a member of the Pipeliners Club of Oklahoma City, Young Professionals in Energy – Oklahoma City Chapter, holds a Texas Real Estate Commission – Easement Individual License#31637, and is a commissioned Oklahoma Notary with Remote Online Notarization authorization.
