Helene Murdock, P.E.

Helene has 31 years of engineering experience in geometric design, traffic analysis, preliminary survey, project management, and roadway design. Prior to her employment with Poe & Associates, Helene was with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation for nine years. Her recent projects include OTA Driving Forward Program Management, I-40 Crutcho Creek/ 15th Street in Del City, N. 76th Street in Owasso, Lindsey Street in Norman, Bryant Avenue in Oklahoma City, I-44 Riverside Drive to Peoria Ave. in Tulsa County, and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation’s Corridor Plan Program.
