Jay Cobb, P.E.

Jay is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and has been employed with Poe & Associates since March of 1995. Jay has over 24 years of experience in all phases of civil engineering including engineering studies; right-of-way documents; airport, roadway, highway, water, sewer, and site design; and has served as construction manager and resident engineer for several hundred million dollars in construction. Jay served as Project Manager for the first portion of six-lane widening of Turner at Sapulpa, Resident Engineer for the Creek East Turnpike and John Kilpatrick Turnpike Widening projects, as well as many other airport, highway, and water projects.
