Todd Cochran, P.E.

Todd Cochran is a professional engineer at Poe and Associates where he manages a wide variety transportation projects ranging from sidewalks to interstates. As a manager of transportation projects, Todd assumes the weight of the project development process for his clients, offering guidance and over 20 years of experience toward each project’s goals. He is proactive in his management approach and believes now is never too soon to get started on the next task. The foundation of his technical abilities was built by being the lead designer for urban arterial street and rural highway projects in Nebraska, Iowa, and Oklahoma. He is a husband and father, a U.S. Air Force veteran, and graduate of the University of Nebraska with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. When he’s not in the stadium following his favorite soccer team, you can find him on the tennis court, or dreaming of his Husker football team’s return to 90’s greatness.
