Mark Mulder, P.E.

Mark's experience includes 29 years in management, planning, evaluation, design, construction, and startup of water and wastewater projects. As the son of a utility construction superintendent, he grew up constructing water and wastewater plants and related systems as a laborer, carpenter, heavy equipment operator, and foreman. As a professional engineer, he uses his first-hand construction knowledge to produce highly efficient construction documents and to provide construction oversight. His water treatment experience includes water treatment plants, clear wells, rehabilitation of water treatment facilities, elevated water tanks, raw water pump stations, booster pump stations, large diameter raw water distribution systems, and storm sewers. His wastewater treatment experience includes advanced tertiary treatment facilities involving biological nutrient removal, biosolids handling and stabilization facilities, package wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pump stations.
