Poe & Associates was founded in 1967 by Robert C. Poe. We provide professional services in the fields of engineering, planning, surveying, environmental services and construction administration. Poe & Associates is now recognized as one of the leading civil engineering companies in this region and the leading transportation-engineering firm in the state of Oklahoma.

Poe & Associates employs over 80 people and maintains office in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Wichita and Topeka. Poe & Associates established offices in Tulsa and Oklahoma City in 1971. One year later, an office was established in Wichita, Kansas. The company expanded to include the firm of Van Doren, Hazard, Stallings in Topeka, Kansas in 1999. The corporate office is located in Oklahoma City.

We are able to apply a multi-disciplinary approach to our assignments utilizing the areas of engineering design, financial management, urban planning, landscape architecture and socioeconomic and environmental considerations to complete a particular project or group of projects.

More than half of our employees have been with the firm for over 15 years. We also employ young engineers and technicians to complement our experienced staff and to provide long-term continuous service to clients. We constantly update our equipment and computer programs to provided the latest state-of-the-art facilities. This provides our clients with the best possible engineering services. In addition to AutoCAD we use Micro-Station, Geopack, Eagle Point and Inroads design programs. Our survey crews utilize Total Station, Topcon GPS and Ranger Data Collector equipment.

Poe & Associates has over 30 professional engineers with specialties in civil, structural, hydraulic, mechanical and environmental engineering. We also have registered land surveyors in Oklahoma and Kansas equipped with the latest technology. Equally important to our engineering capability are the designers, technicians, inspectors and administrative staff.
